Commitment to Quality and Customer Satisfaction
At Anyscale Models, I am proud of the quality and craftsmanship of my handmade resin miniatures. My products are designed to enhance your wargaming and model railway experiences. I understand, however, that there may be times when you need to return an item.
Time Frame for Returns: Customers can return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The 30-day period allows ample time for you to assess the product's suitability for your projects.
Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused. This is crucial as my items are meticulously handcrafted and designed for specific scale modelling purposes.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately and I will arrange for a replacement and cover the cost of return shipping. (UK residents only). Photographic evidence of the damage may be requested to facilitate the process.
Custom Orders: Custom-made items are created to your specific requirements. Therefore, these are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or not as described, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges: I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at email@example.com
