"To achieve the finish you see here, I started with an even base coat, making sure to get into all the nooks and crannies of the model. Following the base coat, I applied layered highlights and shading to accentuate the details and give the surface textures a more realistic appearance. I then used a fine brush for the smaller details like the insignia and the guns to ensure they stood out. Weathering effects were added last to give it that battle-worn look, which involved a combination of dry brushing and washes to create the effect of dirt and grime accumulation in crevices. The whole process required patience and a steady hand to keep the colours within the lines and to make sure the wear looked authentic to the era and use of the vehicle.
